For example, Evelynn is expected to come out of nowhere, rip the enemy squishy to shreds and get out. She isn't meant to fight 1v1 against a more beefy champion such as Shyvana. I"

That CC is designed specifically to keep the enemies from annihilating your carries, or keep them from running from your carries. Als"
