My personal response to the question stated in the extremely cleverly worded title: Fun.
I haven't played League of Legends very long. It has been only 1.5 years (just estimating) since I started playing. And I realized that the first reason why I ever started playing League of Legends and gave up DotA was that it was simply more fun.
