"I'm starting to wonder if leveling up Q before W could be better.
The shield size and damage only scales by 25 per level with an extra 1% damage of target's max health. The cooldown stays the same, but the mana cost goes up.
The Q cooldown goes down, the flat damage goes up similar to W, but s"
