There's no way for the client to determine whether you were AFK kicked, or you got disconnected, so both resort to giving a leavebuster penalty.
As harsh as it may sound, if the problem occurs...

"If you seek tanky items, I definitely suggest going iceborn gauntlet. The main reason you go trinity force to begin with is to get the sheen passive, so iceborn gauntlet still provides tankiness while still giving the Sheen passive. However, if you are looking for only attack speed.."

"Ugh, I HATE facing Shen as kled, such a nuisance. Although, I did want to look into how he ticks a bit, so a well game guide. I would suggest some in-text references, like this: shen, doran's blade, greater mark of attack damage, etc. It makes your guide in writing look a bit nicer :"
