Posted a Comment: Aug 19th, 2017 "Nearly full CDR runes? Why? I mean, it's good to have 15% cdr to start, but...where's the tanky stats? This still is a tanky build right? greater glyph of armor, greater glyph of magic resist, greater seal of health? Seems like a silly idea to full put all of that cdr into runes."
