Posted a Comment: "You just pretty much brought your DPS down by getting Nashor's Tooth over Phantom Dancers. You don't need the extra AP as your moves don't scale all that well and you won't have much of it anyways and you're losing out on survivability with Frozen Heart which also gives CD anyways. With Phantom Danc"
