Posted a Comment: Aug 22nd, 2011 "Hextech used to be good on her, but they took away her other passive that stacks her AD and AP for eash AD and AP that you get, so the effectiveness i think you get better milage out of AS now with the new passive to shred the MR and Armor of enemies. IE can be good, if you find yourself liking an "
