"For my part, I use singed as an offtank, that's why I love to take rylei's also. I'm not using the poison to run away and slow. More like getting ahead of the ennemy and slowing while damaging him. While team does the same. That's why I take both RoA and Rylei's makes singed a great offtank. Basical"

"Only thing I don't like is the fact you take dodge seals without the dodge masteries otherwise your build is perfect. =) (Some def or hp runes definetly are worth more, if you don't take the dodge masteries)"
