"How am i soposed to get 40% cdr? Essence reaver onl gives 30% and i prefer to build berserkers rather than ionian boots. Should i get some cdr in my runes?
P.S.: i want 40% cdr so i can spam my e and do the combos you mentioned with 40% cdr"
