"It's quite easy. But first, you have to either wait for your ignite to be up, or buy Executioner's Blade which also happens to be the most cost efficient life-steal item in the game right now. Just pop your ignite or use the executioner's blade active, and laugh as his lifesteal is cut to only 25℅"
