Posted a Comment: Sep 19th, 2014 "Ever since Riven been nerf, her Broken Wings are not as strong as they used to be. I'm not saying that it's useless, but this build provides more opportunity for basic attacks and lift steal. You could sustain in lane much more efficiently and regain health to fight more battles instead of backing. "

Since she can spam her Q if you build cool down reduction, which your Core Build have, she doesn't need attack speed, and if you want to run faster, just upgrade your boot"
