After a Q + Knockup then two sets of Q Activations, you can burrow and run from the camp and stall while keeping aggro to use up your passive, then Q + Knockup again the moment the mobs are gonna hit you. "A good aimer can shoot a Q 45 degrees away from the creeps, followed by a second activation to poke your enemy. ;)

Consider a Teleport option if you have a tough lane or like quickly moving into the range of a RotA to gank (and secure the kill) on someone. You should usually be too far away to get in Ignite range.
