The argument for teminus would be the resistances and terminus is better if you're switching targets, rageblade is more for st"

Posted a Comment: "My goat. Stride is just a way better HP for the AS, and its on hit scales of AD not HP which is better for Bel IMO. If you really want tank shred I'd look into some botrk/rageblade combination over terminus/cleaver in HP stacking matchups. "
