"I don't think she is OP... It is just that she can play really aggressive on top lane, and deny her rival experience and farm... Champions like Renekton and Udyr can punish her for doing that..."

"Shen - His ultimate can pretty much change the course of a gank, and possibly even a teamfight by saving the carry. Also, theoretically, his sustain and short cooldown on Q make him a pretty good solo top and he can jungle.
Shaco - Because he is Shaco and he is annoying.
