"I liked the guide.
However, I have one problem with the Nashor's section- Even with Nashor's AND 40% cdr, at level 18, Azir only has 1.2 attack speed. I prefer morello's on him, but w/e. Once again,nice guide."

"What's your opinion on the new Talon? I mean, they are gonna remove the silence and replace it with a .1 sec slow that reduces movement speed by 99%. Will speed up your burst, but will not help with your all around utility much."
