Taric with Doran's Ring early game and Clarity, Anivia with Sapph crystal.
Taric uses his auto stun, if you get closer you take more damage, if you move farther you get stunned longer. "

"End of game I had ~2.5k gold. Just didn't go back to buy. Also since I got fed early on I went straight for rabadons and that's some of he most funny shot I've ever seen (watch as people for to your teammates as they try to dodge your cards)."
