WW is set amount of HP regained every single strike, stacking (more HP for more strikes)

"I have 2 that I actually use but split between the 3 I'd go something like:
Magic Dmg
Phys DPS
Tanky
Supports like Lux are able to utilize magic damage pretty well. Taric enjoys it too, etc."

Ranked Loss
It can be forgiven, just to clear a few things up. I heard a lot of talk over vent about how Riot won't let ranked losses be forgiven.
