I don't feel she's weak in any department and doesn't need any buffs because she's just fine where she is. Her Volley isn't meant to do damage late game, just to harass early game and to kite and slow late "

Posted a Comment: Mar 1st, 2011 "What's the point of having Catalyst + Tear early on if it's going to take you forever to farm up to the Rabadon's you're rushing afterwards? I'd keep one or the other because you're losing a lot of damage between boots, Catalyst, and Tear of the Goddess."
