"Depends on the enemy team. If they have 300 MR, go %pen cause you're not going to be able to get straight up 150 mpen. If mr numbers are lower (100s and less) then go straight up mpen, you'll get a lot more accomplished doing that."

I don't think it matters as long as the cup is glass (due to particles being tight enough for the water to slide). Also completely vertical directional movement seems important, too."
