"It flickers because you're in full screen mode. If you want the game to still be full screen and be able to stream without flickers look up "league of legends fullscreen windowed mode" in google and it should fix flicker problems in-game when streaming."

"Stop playing it. Not entirely, just play it spottishly if that makes any sense. Migrate over to another game and play LoL as the urges come. That's how I handle it anyways."
