"Visual lag is due to your settings being too high for your computer to handle. Lower your settings and change the FPS cap and you should be fine. If that doesn't work you need a new computer. WoW and Counter Strike are much lower detail games than League of Legends, so it makes sense that you'd lag "

Within certain range you can see stealth. Will show reticule if they can see you.
If you're in combat, wait 2 seconds for stealth again. "
