"Ya, 100 cs at 15 min isn't so bad. I read a few different 2.4k+ guides and one said 100 cs at 12 mins, the other said 120 by 15 mins. This is normally the goal I aim for. Its pretty much impossible to get 100 @ 12 unless your lane literally has 0 exchanges."
