I'm also know as Frosty. I played on EUNE but got tired of the lack of skill and my friends played at EUW so I made a new account there directly after reaching level 30, therefore I have such a low ELO. I am now level 20 on EUW and my skill rate is just going up like crazy, my favorite champ is Lee Sin for sure the only bad thing with him is that he is too overpowered.
