Posted a Comment: Jun 26th, 2017 "Compere to "frozen" you only losing 10% CDR, so as item its more worth than any other items in the game, cause it gives insane regen, this regen is totally GAME CHANGE, cause always i had the same problem, goes in fight kill one or two then go back with 1000HP then i needed to EITHER PLAY "

You will have 5000-6000HP you will totally go in kill anything then walk away with 1000HP and go back in FULL LIFE after 10 seconds! The best ITEM by far for our type of build.
