"Compere to "frozen" you only losing 10% CDR, so as item its more worth than any other items in the game, cause it gives insane regen, this regen is totally GAME CHANGE, cause always i had the same problem, goes in fight kill one or two then go back with 1000HP then i needed to EITHER PLAY "
