How to start a guide?
Hi!
I am about to semi-create a guide for newbees about genereal stuffs.
However, I must be blind to not find the "create guide" button....

Tried Trynda jungling at lv1 sometime ago with vamp scepter, but I had to recall at least once per match early game cause of HP.
Is his jungling really rune dependant or can you do it even with something summ lvl 19-22?

"Yeah, but those runes at T1 mostlikely cost you less than a 1.3k IP champ. I know that many "high level" players say you shouldnt get T1 runes, but I think it is a mater of preference. But dont simple listen to them, decide for yourself."

I however, disagree strongly with you and many lv30ers about not buying not any runes at all till Level 20. I can understand for T2 runes, but there are about 150-200 Games to be made till you are Level 20. This is a goddamn large amount and should take at least 100 hours.
