"Why no 9/21/0 masteries? To my experience you also do about 50:50 damage, with a bit more magical than physical if you build him as a bruiser, so i would go with hybrid pen.
I would go AS marks for jungling. This also lets you proc your passive more often. In general, AS is best for junglers.

From having played enough jungle and top man-mode-taric games I can list some offensive items - in the case you want to get them.
Iceborn Gauntlet. Disruption. Everything else you want.

"I am new to Assassine Tristana, but it seems it is hard to TF properly. Simply because getting out or getting enough time to use your skills is hard. That's why I go ROA first. Also, I would assume that CDR is pretty useful on her as she has large CDs (DFG/Morello/Grail)."
