"I think Lantern is essential on Nocturne, jungling or not(but you should play him as a jungler only, unless 3v3).
Also, CDR boots are bad, imo. You should always get Mercury's or Ninja Tabi.
Phantom Dancer is also a bad item, you really need 2 resist items(like Banshee's and Thorn)."

"Good guide. However, I think Atma's Impaler and/or Trinity Force are wasted item slots for Leona. Leona is good as a hardcore CC tank that never dies, so just keep her at that. +1 Either ways."
