I haven't come up with an effective strategy that's more than just outplaying your opponent. Ignite will help with his lifesteal, and exhaust can slow him down, and valor can stop his true damage if you predict"

After that, it's more a matter of getting the damage you need while being able to last a bit in fights. My usual build now is mercury's treads"
