Posted a Comment: "I find this guide and build pretty good :) Seems nice. Personally, I consider the Magic Penetration boots to be better than the CDR boots, because of the extra damage you can do. I mean, by late game, you'd have items that grant CDR, and sometimes blue buff as well, I find it enough, usually. And p"
