I get poke supports are supposed to do well against them but Anivia's cooldowns are so long, don't hit as reliably as vel'koz, zyra etc. and she's a sitting duck without q so I find myself holding q and trying to "

"If you're doing a guide for mid and support you could choose Anivia twice for your selected champs in Basic Setup, have one anivia be a mid guide and the other a support guide. "
