The only thing that should be changed is Zhonya, she is quite useful on Veigar in each TF since everyone will try to focus him. Overall, it's a great guid"

I would move it to B Tier, and move Kled, Garen and Jayce to the S. What is Teemo doing in the B Tier when he counters 80% of the Top Laners? You should move him"

Vel'Koz less than B, but not A for sure. Bard ain't no B, he's lower than F in the current meta. Leona is A due to her OP early. Taric should be moved to A at least. Shen"

When we come to Soraka, it's same as Taric. Pyke should be moved to A, just as Morgana. Lux downgraded to A. Brand surely promoted at least to the C, as his R changes the world"
