While Urgot auto attacks sometimes during messy teamfights, most of the damage comes from his Acid Hunter, therefore, it would not be worth it getting items that benefit his autoattacks such as P"

No it does not. Acid Hunter does not apply any on-hit effects but his passive and his slow from the shield.
