"Thank you for your feedback and good luck in your kayle experiment. I can only tell you to try it yourself, other runes have their powers too but i think fleet is underated because it doesnt give you straight up damage and its maybe harder to use or to get used to."

I just checked it and shens winrate hasn´t changed so far at all and caitlyn´s dropped but i think it has more to do with the enormous banrate spike that makes practising her or maining her really hard for the time being.
