Your build is nothing impressive. Building The Brutalizer into Youmuu's Ghostblade is a huge no-no and is much better to be sold later on and replacing it with another The "

Skarner's E skill really does not benefit him to much to worry about putting a point in it. All the higher elo players max Q and W before getting a single point in his E skill. They also use the Philosopher's Stone and Heart of Gold route for starting items. This build and s"

Xin Zhao has just started becoming a more popular pick since his re-work/buffs. I am not really playing Wukong at the moment but playing with other champs instead so I haven't gone against a Xin Zhao in top lane yet with Wukong. That's why he is not in the guide.
