"Good guide. I agree with the earlier posts. Get thirster earlier, since it is a stacking item. I tried a build with Ghostblade and while I like the item I felt that visage was better in the long run because (as Kessler said) whisper and runes give plenty armor pen and survivability is kind of an iss"
