His sustain is insane because of the passive so he can stay on lane for days. His poking potential obviously is not that great as Nami's"

"I simply don't see how could it create more issues as LoL is free to play, right? They didn't pay nothing (only if they bought a smurf or something) to play ranked and if they screw it up because of their stupidity than they shouldn't be blaming anybody but themselves."

Why summoners cannot be perma (or if not perma but then at least a couple of months) banned from playing ranked? It wouldn't be a big punishment for those people who are only trolling during the...
