1. The reason I don't take attack speed on Jax because he already has a great passive for it. But I could see how the movement quints could be useful.

"Jarvan is only a tier 4? Whatttt? He can hold his lane incredibly well, survive dives, push fast and take towers and he has great late game utility. Meh, that's my opinion. "
