"His range was devastating a lot of solid top lane champions, I like the nerf. But I am personally not a Kennen player so it doesn't affect me.
It does make me laugh though seeing Asian get his panties in a bunch. ;D "

"Jarvan is only a tier 4? Whatttt? He can hold his lane incredibly well, survive dives, push fast and take towers and he has great late game utility. Meh, that's my opinion. "
