"You have to have a lot of luck with Jungle Tryndamere. He's a lot less forgiving then Jungle Master Yi, if you get my drift.
Simply put, very risky, it works wonders for you/your team if it goes well but if not then you're screwed.

Her Divine Blessing is very spammable. It also heals.
Gangplank is good too with his Raise Morale.
Sivir has her On The Hunt but that probably doesn't count. ;p
There is Karma with her Spirit Bond but he probably wouldn't "
