Posted a Comment: "AD quints tend to be more universally helpful if you're going to put the IP into it. Lifesteal tends to only work in certain situations with certain mastery/build order. For example some ADCs go lifesteal quints but only under certain scenarios. AD quints are useful in every role, even in support"
