Posted a Comment: "How can you justify the health as a bonus rune? for the second bonus rune you have 2% ms or 9 adaptive force or health scaling which translates to ~0-13 bonus ad i guess you could say 13 bigger than 9 but its rare pyke ever gets to lv 18 and you probably dont want that bonus ad during end game since"
