"Why do you need mana runes? That only makes sense for blitz for his shield. Try red armor yellow armor blue MR and quint hp/5 for 17 armor 12 mr and 8.1 hp/5 and if you take the two health regen masteries any harass you receive in lane is negligible making any engage you chose much safer. "
