"i think there are generally better items than cosmic but i have built cosmic before if no other item fits well like void, shadow etc. so yes cosmic is ok but only as final item and its low priority"

"I've also tried kraken, and yes you do a lot of damage especially if you go quickblades your abilities are back up almost instantly, if enemy has no cc youre pretty strong but if enemy has even 1 cc spell you insta die haha. its a fun build for norms but i wouldnt take it into ranked."
