Posted a Comment: Mar 8th, 2013 "I believe all AOE damage still effects a untargetable target. Alpha Strike and Blade Waltz are some that come to mind. IDK exactly, I don't play much Fizz, but I believe it still lands because it is considered AOE."

There aren't enough severs for the NA launch and they basically just told the player base "wait until we go 100% live to enjoy t"
