I saw Talon banned out in 95% of the games at Worlds, oh wait that was Zed. Zed > Talon. Zed rendered Talon completely obsolete."

W/ 9-21-0 he can survive laning phase MAYBE and reach midgame (where he does get a small power spike). Until the carries get QSS he's useful in team fights as long as your team follows "
