Viktor Bug?
On the NA server it says "Due to a bug, the champion Viktor is currently disabled." This sucks, he's my main! After some reading, apparently Viktor's presence in game would disable...

"Well, I just got off work, and if you're down to play a non-ranked game, I think that'd be pretty cool, but I understand, you have a goal you're working towards and that requires a lot of ranked grinding."

"I agree. I don't know if you'd be willing to do one with someone un-experienced, but I do live in Japan, so we're in the same time zone. I'm only level 24, but I generally go 20-5 or so with APC Mid or ADC Top. I'd be willing to be I could do something similar with an ADC bot as well."
