Ok, I've finished my latest project, but I don't know what to do with it.
It's a glass dome with 35 meters radius on top of a 10 meter high stone circle in the middle of the sea and I need to fill it with something.

If so doesn't it kind of counter the life-steal/spellvamp buff regarding shields?
Also, I'm pretty sure that vlad's and WW's abilities do not have lifesteal, but instead simply heal, just like a soraka's."
