"Great question! Tiamat is a completely viable option. The only reason why it's not in my guide is because I'm not entirely sure when the optimal time to build it is. It's a solid pick though so if it works for you, go for it!!

"Do you mean Ravenous Hunter or Ultimate Hunter? Not sure why you need healing on your abilities, but going with tear can work. It makes your early game weaker but strengthens you later. When I want to climb quickly, I don't take tear. "

"Karthus is a VERY niche pick for top lane, and you need to be in a good matchup for Karthus to be good mid. I think Karthus is a situational pick at the moment "
