atma's impaler will be nerfed from 2% AD from maximum health to 1.5%. This is basically reducing the damage you're getting from atma's impaler by exactly 25% (which is sometimes not a lot, but other times quite a bit). At that case, it's pretty much nerfing a large quantity "
