"seriously why wits on nautilus. none of his skills give him a steroid that makes having as a worthwhile investment, and a banshee's veil, force of nature, or even an abyssal scepter would give more mr, and stats that he can use, unlike the as from wits."

his passive also has a 12 second cd on the same target, so attack speed won't affect that either."

his ult has 2 ratios, .4 for the pass through damage and .8 for the damage when it hits the enemy you targetted.
