being in the solo lane gives you more farm, meaning you're more likely to have a bigger impact on the game. even then good ganks from jungle can win a game.
support just relies too much on the team for it to really be an elo raising role."

"yeah i mean, even though panth has no sustain, just with sheen i was able to win top because of my harass, and with ninja tabi and passive panth can eat some harass good."

w will go to 80/100/120/140/160, down by 10 each rank
e will not give her mana, but will give 50/75/100/125/150 mana to ally, up 25.
